Roy has been working in theater for over 20 years as a theater technician/stagehand. He had worked at the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre for about 10 years and with Candice Burridge for over 15 years on recording/editing voice-overs, shadow puppetry, etc. Roy had also helped perform in some puppet shows.

He joined ELPPI in 2018.
